Anna's Objectives

  Hello Run & Fit Club!

For those who don't know me already, I am Anna: a 24 year old who loves to run and try out new physical activities - I regularly flip flop between rowing, spinning, weight training, kettle bells, soft ball, swimming, karate, zumba, bodyrock, and the list goes on...

I have been working a desk job for almost a year now, and I feel like I am just getting into the swing of things. This blog is going to be great to keep me on track - we all know how busy the working life can get ;)

Goals for Summer 2013:
- Run the MEC 10km in July in 1 hour;
- Complete the Wakefield Headlight Night Run 16km course;
- Do a month-long yoga challenge! (Maybe August?);
- Complete at least one run and one weight lifting session per week (obviously aiming for more); and,
- Stick to my training schedule that I post on this blog :)

So excited to stay on track with you lovely ladies!

PS- I am a bit of an anomaly and do not have a smart phone, therefore my blog posts won't be as colourful with pics as yours. Sad face. I'm working on it!

  3. Anna, what is required of yoga challenge month? I like idea of August or even September if required to complete month well.
    Also, when is Wakefield night time 16KM?

    I will pester you until receive answers cause I'm assuming both are coming up soon
