I'm gonna put the first recipe on this page! Exciting!

This shake/smoothie/cup-o-awesome is what I've been drinking every morning for the past couple of weeks. It's delicious, and has effectively replaced one of my morning coffees (I say one because I get one no matter what right before getting into work)

The Nutty Monkey
(it's a lame name I know but it's because it is my version of the chunky monkey shake: http://greatist.com/health/high-protein-snacks-portable/)

1 cup of ice cubes
1 cup of dark cocoa almond milk
1 medium/large Banana 

1 (generous) tablespoon of smooth Almond Butter. 

Blend that shit for 30 seconds and tadaa:

The perspective is weird... but this was the best picture I could take haha.

Sometimes I replace some of the milk and ice cubes with chocolate flavoured protein powder after a gym sesh. It's still good, although changes the texture a bit.
