Goals:
- Short Term: sticking to my training schedule
- Medium Term: Complete the Army Run 1/2 Marathon
- Long Term: Finding another exercise pursuit for the winter
- Long Term: Triathlon Summer 2014 (?)
- finding a happy balance with my work schedule and my training schedule, overcoming exhaustion in the morning to accomplish training
- smoking
- to not be thrown off my training schedule by changes in life, summer fun, or hard times
Runs:
- MEC Ottawa Race FOUR: 10km, July 21st
- Army Run: 1/2 Marathon, September 22nd
