7 Day Report Card - Week 2

Hey Team!

Hope you guys are doing well and achieving your weekly goals. I had a pretty good week. Morning workouts are going really well for me. I even managed to keep it up at the cottage. WOO.

  1. I've been curious - why do you differentiate between jog and run? What's the difference for you?

  2. Mostly just the length and effort. 5k or less is like whatever. Easy going. Long runs I get into the zone and try harder- also I prep for them food wise. I try to limit alcohol the night before and I make sure to have a cup of coffee and some carbs before I go. (Carbs are good. Coffee is cause I'm an addict)
